24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to another guest.

We understand that life happens — and in the case of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances, we will do our best to accommodate. However, repeat last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in fees, as outlined below:

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.

After a third no-show or repeated last-minute reschedules, Pink Salt reserves the right to dismiss the client from future booking privileges.

Late Arrival Policy

We’ll always do our best to accommodate if you’re running late. However, arriving more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time may affect your ability to receive the full service. In some cases, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to stay on time for other clients.

If you anticipate being late, please call us as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

💳 Refunds & Redo Policy

All service and gift card sales are non-refundable, but your satisfaction is our priority.

If you are not happy with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment. We’ll gladly offer a complimentary correction if it is determined that a mistake was made by the technician. All redos must be approved by salon management.

Requests made after 72 hours will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer refunds or corrections for changes of mind after a service has been completed.

📱 Cell Phone Use

To preserve a relaxing atmosphere, we ask that all guests silence their phones during appointments. Please use headphones for calls or media, and keep conversations quiet to respect others’ experience.

👶 Children in the Salon

We understand how hard it is to find “you time” — however, unsupervised children are not permitted in the salon. If you must bring your child, please ensure they are accompanied by another adult who can supervise them at all times.

🐾 Pets

Per NRS 644A.940, animals are not permitted inside a licensed cosmetology establishment unless they are service animals or service animals in training.

💳 Credit & Debit Card Fees

Cash is always appreciated and comes with no additional fees. For credit or debit card transactions, a 3% processing fee will be added and collected by the card processor. Thank you for supporting our small, family-owned business.

🚫 Right to Refuse Service

As stated in NRS 207.200, Pink Salt Salon & Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate or disrespectful behavior toward our staff or other guests.
